There’s a lot to consider when choosing your wedding venue. However, you can rely on Bijan for your most suitable and affordable wedding venue.

Location
We are located strategically and conveniently at Paya Lebar (East) area. With easy access of public transport, buses and the nearest MRT station (Paya Lebar) is 5 mins walk away.
Parking
Those who came with own vehicle, the building has basement carpark which is at B2 and B3.
Capacity and Minimums
We have 4 ballrooms, each with its own one-time seating capacity. Our space has can more than 1000 pax for an event.
Services and Amenities
The space is fully air-conditioned. Located at the basement, it has a direct passenger lift which is accessible and wheel-chaired friendly. The space also has restrooms for male and female. For Muslims, we have prepared separate prayer rooms, male and female with ablution area. There are directional signs too. Our friendly service crew will always be here to assist.
Layout
You may want to add in wedding band or photo booth which our space can cater. The layout of our space is not complicated. We are sure that the guests can easily recognise the entrance and exit.
Ambiance
We would want as much to bring out the wedding vibes with our interior and decor. We are always keeping up with the decor trends.

We can be flexible on the event date. You may enquire on the dates that you want.
